A while back I remember listening to She's Wired In Stereo by Paul K & the Weathermen a whole lot, as well as an insane amount of New Model Army. As I was writing this one, I realized that the chord progression & pace were definitely informed by that Paul K song in particular just as my songwriting has been informed greatly by his work in general.
So I figured why fight it?
The song is called Rotten Weather, as hopefully an homage to the man I consider the greatest living English-language songwriter. Period.
